U.S. President to donate one million to the state of Texas

This president does things slightly different to his predecessors. While his ideas so far have been controversial, this time, he is pledging help in the sum of $1 million, of his personal cash.

Press secretary, Sarah Sanders announced, “He would like to join in the efforts that a lot of people we have seen across the country do.”

Sanders said the President asked that she checked with the folks in the White House Press Room (i.e. those scurrilous reporters) since they are excellent at research and have been doing a lot of reporting into the groups and organizations that are best and most effective in helping and providing aid.

“He [President Trump] would like some suggestions from the folks here and I’d be happy to take those,” she said.
